2. Processing when you visit the website
When you access the website, technically necessary connection data may be processed, including your IP address, the time of the request, the resource accessed, browser type, operating system, and referrer information. This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably.
The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for operation, security, and troubleshooting.
3. Hosting and technical service providers
The public Zeitcore website is provided through Vercel; its server-side functions are configured for the Frankfurt region. The Zeitcore application is provided through Vercel with its computing region in Dublin. The production PostgreSQL database is operated by Supabase in the EU region of Ireland. Where service providers process personal data on our behalf, the required agreements are concluded.
Resend is used as the email service provider for delivering contact requests. The contact details and messages entered in the form are processed so they can be delivered to Reflyne.
Intercom is used for the publicly embedded support messenger. The messenger loads when the page is opened. Intercom may process IP addresses, device and browser information, pages visited, and messenger session data, and may set its own support and session cookies. The contents of a request are processed only when visitors use the messenger.
Personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU only in compliance with Articles 44 et seq. GDPR, for example on the basis of the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contacting us
When you contact us using the contact form or by email, we process your name, email address, company, message, and technical delivery information to handle your request and any related follow-up. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual measures and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests.
5. Cookies, audience measurement, and performance measurement
Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights are used for aggregated audience and technical performance measurement. The current integration does not set its own cookies for these purposes. Technical request, device, browser, referrer, page-view, and performance data may be processed to understand and improve website usage, stability, and loading times.
The Intercom messenger loads when the page is opened and may set its own support and session cookies. It provides visitors with an immediate way to contact us. Reflyne relies on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for processing personal data, based on its legitimate interest in operating a secure, high-performing website and providing accessible support. Section 25 TDDDG also applies to storing or accessing information on a user’s device; where required by law, consent is the legal basis.
6. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, data subjects have, in particular, the following rights:
- Access to personal data being processed (Article 15 GDPR)
- Rectification of inaccurate data (Article 16 GDPR)
- Erasure and restriction of processing (Articles 17 and 18 GDPR)
- Data portability (Article 20 GDPR)
- Objection to processing (Article 21 GDPR)
- Withdrawal of consent with effect for the future (Article 7(3) GDPR)
- The right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority
7. Security and updates
Where possible, transmissions are protected using TLS encryption. This privacy policy is updated when the law, technical provision, or features offered change.
